If you need a copy of your purchased package invoices, please download them from the AUAU system by 25 August 2026 , as they may no longer be available after our migration.

Go to Account > Transaction > Download Receipt

(You can filtered Type: Package)

* The AUAU website is currently open for package purchases and class bookings until 2 August 2026. (You may book classes scheduled until 2 August 2026 only.)

* 2–3 August 2026 : System migration in progress. The AUAU website will be closed , and no package purchases or class bookings can be made during this period.

* Tentatively, from 3 August 2026, 6:00 PM onwards , all package purchases and class bookings will be available via the VibeFam App .

* Your remaining package credits will be transferred automatically to your VibeFam account. 🫶🏻
